Catch Up with CL Smooth and Lana B of BBC Three Counties Radio
Hey Peeps
We were back at the BBC this week with our good friends CL Smooth and Lana B for a catch up over the phone and you can hear the interview at http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p00bj4d1/CL_Smooth_Be_inspired_by_308_and_J.Harden/. We are on at around 25 minutes in but we recommend as always that you listen to the whole show if you're into good music!!

BBC East Interview with Sue Marchant
Hey Peeps
We travelled to Cambridge to meet up with Sue Marchant and we had a great time! If you missed the interview - sorry about that, we were on later than was originally planned - the good news is that you can listen back at http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p00bdc5w/Sue_Marchant_11_10_2010/. Our interview is around 2 hours 13 minutes in.
We want to thank all of you who emailed and texted in with messages for us - you know who you are - we even had a proposal of marriage!!!

October Schedule!!
Hey peeps
Just thought we would let you know what's coming up in October.
We've got an interview with Sue Marchant of BBC Radio Cambridgeshire/BBC East on Monday 11th October. You can catch us live, chatting with Sue at around 8.15 pm!
Also, we will be going back to see our friends at BBC Three Counties Radio, CL Smooth and Lana B - not sure of the date yet so watch this space.
We are also back in Birmingham, The Square, for an RnB/Hip Hop Special. We will be rehearsing throughout October with our choreographer to give you a showcase you won't forget, so make sure you put Saturday 30th October, Birmingham in you diaries!!! More details closer to the day.
